THE PERSON BEHIND

THE PRACTICE

WHAT IS YOGA

For me, yoga is practicing accompanying (ourselves), and in that practice discovering our unique way of getting through what hurts us, what makes us uncomfortable, what challenges us. It is a practice that can show you the way you relate to yourself and to others. Through this work, the possibility-ability to inhabit ourselves emerges. Our limits expand.

WHO I AM

Yoga came into my life almost without warning when I was 18 years old. At the time, I couldn't have imagined the depth and richness it would eventually bring.

My journey in yoga has been diverse and chaotic, a pure reflection of my way of living. I have practiced different styles—Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Hatha—and over time, my search became more subtle, more simple.

I consider this to be one of the greatest gifts that the practice has given me.

Working within the body—cultivating self-awareness, exploring creativity—are things that fascinate me and are part of my daily life.

I have completed multiple trainings related to this path: in Yoga, I trained in Hatha and Vinyasa. I also practice dance-movement, ceramics and have studied Thai massage. Disciplines that, although different, feed into each other and enrich my practice.

I practice and train constantly in these areas. I am currently continuing to deepen my studies in the field of osteopathy, expanding my understanding of the body as a living system.

Today, guiding practices nourishes me deeply. It reminds me of the intrinsic nature of human beings: that we are unique and, at the same time, we are made of the same elements.
